De Volière is proud to present Culinair aan het Meer for the second time. A summery Sunday full of flavor, atmosphere, and music at the Oosterduinsemeer in Noordwijkerhout! A vibrant culinary festival grounds will be created with a steaming Oklahoma smoker, a crackling pizza oven, and a parade of surprising street food bites. In addition, summery cocktails, chilled specialty beers, and fine wines will be served. Combined with great music, this will be a wonderful day out in a delightful, relaxed atmosphere by the water. Come and experience a day full of flavor, music, and summer merriment! Entry fee is 5 euros.

We serve mussels prepared in the classic way [1 kg per person] with fries, curry aioli, and harissa mayonnaise. Included in the price of 27.5 euros per person are two drinks per person or one bottle of wine per two people. Other drinks can of course also be ordered at an additional cost.

This evening we are serving spare ribs, freshly prepared on our own BBQ, served with potato wedges and salad. Price: €19.50 per person.

An evening of Asian shared dining. We welcome you at 6:30 PM to serve all guests a drink and the first course simultaneously. The menu price is 45 euros per person, including a welcome cocktail, excluding all other drinks. Please note that we serve a set menu and cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

Game & Forest: A culinary adventure that takes you to the heart of the season. We are guided by everything that can be found in our immediate surroundings: wild herbs, vegetables, mushrooms from the forest, fish from clear fresh waters and the North Sea, and game from the dunes of Noordwijkerhout. In this menu, ‘GAME’ is central. Fixed start time at 6:00 PM. Menu price 59 euros per person.

A unique collaboration between restaurant de Volière and restaurant Latour in an accessible, cozy atmosphere. This evening we will serve a 6-course menu. 3 dishes from Latour and 3 dishes from de Volière. Price to be determined. The fixed start time is 6:00 PM.
