The Volière is an inspiring and original location with various options for a successful, business meeting. Whether this is a formal meeting, informal heath day, large-scale presentation or business reception: everything is possible. The various rooms for the formal part and a fine terrace for the relaxing moments make the Volière the place to be for a full-day and possibly evening program. We take care of everything by arranging the set-up, catering and equipment down to the last detail.
Be surprised by the light and homely rooms overlooking the Oosterduinsemeer. A unique location in the countryside that lends itself perfectly to various activities. A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of possibilities!
The Volière has several rooms, each with its own atmosphere and facilities. All rooms are equipped with a good internet connection and standard stationery. On request, we can provide equipment such as a monitor and microphone.
Het Vogelhuis | This private (meeting) room can be booked exclusively for up to 16 people. Glass walls separate this room from the Greenhouse. The Birdhouse is self-sufficient with its own coffee/tea and cold drink facilities. Lunch can be served in the same room, in the Greenhouse or on the terrace.
De Kas | This bright space can be booked exclusively for up to 80 people seated and 150 standing. Ideal for a meeting, presentation, conference or festive event. Various configurations are possible in this room.
De Buitenplaats | Before, during or after the business meeting, our fine terrace is available for a drink or snack.

Before, during or after the meeting, we like to take care of the inner man. A tasty breakfast, extensive lunch or informal dinner with fresh ingredients and surprising dishes. There are various options for lunch or dinner. Think of a multi-course menu, shared dining, walking lunch or dinner, barbecue or buffet.
Don’t want to be disturbed during the meeting or gathering? Of course, drinks and food can also be served in the room. Having your own coffee machine and bar on wheels is also one of the options!
Due to its location in the countryside and the large capacity of the premises, the Volière lends itself perfectly to business events and parties. Nearby, there are many possibilities for sports, games and educational activities. Perfect for a teambuilding outing, heath day or other event.
The Volière is also the right place for both small- and large-scale culinary events. A barbecue, pizza evening, extensive buffet or formal dinner with set tables: anything is possible and we are happy to think along with you.
